estate capital lease in the office tower of the National Bank of Canada in
downtown Montreal, and manages 712,000 square feet of office space as well as 200,000 square feet of commercial and parking space. In addition, Group LSR manages a total of 56,500 square feet of space in its regional business offices outside of Montreal.

Furthermore, LSR Immobilier has won one of the most coveted awards in the industry as part of the prestigious competition organized by BOMA Canada (Building Owners and Managers Association). In fact, LSR Immobilier received the Pinnacle Award in the "Above & Beyond" category, to highlight its remarkable management of the serious water damage that occurred in October 2004 at the National Bank tower located in downtown Montreal.
