TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Association Management, Inc. has had the distinct pleasure of working with Group LSR for the past year in our capacity as Managing Agents for the Royalton at River Oaks Council of Co-Owners. Approximately one year ago Group LSR acquired Declarant status when it purchased approximately 35% of the 251 condominium Units from the original developer of The Royalton at River Oaks. Representatives of Group LSR replaced the original Developer representatives on the Board of Directors of The Royalton at River Oaks Council of Co-Owners and have actively participated at all Meetings of the Board and of the Association and in the day-to-day management of the Association.

We have found them to be available and very responsive to the needs of the Association and its Homeowners. Decisions are made with due deliberation and with the utmost integrity. They act in good faith and in the best interests of the Association and its Members. They have always met their financial obligations to the Association in a timely manner. The Association is very fortunate that Group LSR acquired Declarant status.

energia The Énergia award was given by the Association québécoise pour la maîtrise de l’énergie (AQME) in recognition of the efforts made by National Bank and LSR Immobilier, to reduce energy consumption. The initiatives already taken by National Bank and the importance places on energy savings encouraged LSR Immobilier to seek innovative solutions, which led to considerable improvements, not only to the building’s mechanical systems, but also to the level of comfort provided for the tenants of the National Bank Tower.
