2008 Top Houston Boutique ApartmentsApril 30, 2008 - ApartmentWIZ presents the top boutique apartments in Houston, Texas. These apartments were selected by residents and Houston apartment locators based on five factors including overall value, location, quality of property management, building maintenance, and overall tenant satisfaction. To qualify as boutique, the apartment community must be under 150 units.

In recent years there has been increasing demand by prospective tenants for small apartmen complexes. The purpose of this award is to recognize the best small apartment communities in the city.
